I have known Heather Pollock for approximately two years.  Heather has been working with my son and has pulled him from the depths of despair.

After his was thrown out of one school at the age of eight and was struggling at the next, his comments to me, in excitement, after meeting with Heather for the first time, “She knows everything that’s going on in my body!”

My son has excelled from that day forward.  He is now back at school and is thriving.  Many teachers tried to teach him to read but to no avail.  Heather had him reading in six months.

As I walked down the corridor one day, the glows and smiles I received, including one comment “You must be proud of the changes in your son!” left my heart in healthy pain.  I owe this to Heather, she has a beautiful bond with my boy and she has patience and unconditional love for these kids.

Heather can inspire these children and has made a tremendous difference to my son and many others.

This lady is an angel and I love her for who she is and what she can do.

I am eternally grateful for all the help, support, and guidance you have given to my son Leon.

Leon was a little boy with problems due to Asperger’s Syndrome.  His writing was illegible and reading skills were non-existent. Through your therapy, teaching methods, patience and hard work, together with your gentle kind nature, his reading skills have improved so much that he now surpasses most of his class mates.  It’s a small miracle to see the confidence he how displays.

Your dedication and enthusiasm, always challenging yourself and your students to improve is a credit to you.

Leon thoroughly enjoyed the time he spent with you and will miss you greatly.

I am writing this letter in appreciation for the work that Heather Pollock has done for my son Trevor.  Not only in appreciation but also for the support that Heather continues to give for all those children and adults that require it.

We first became involved with Heather when Trevor was in Grade 2, aged 8 years and already been kept down a grade.  He had a reading level of approximately 6 years.  As the education system was unable to source his problem I began to look at other avenues open to myself.  This is when I found out about the work Heather had been doing.

Within approximately 9 months, Heather had advanced Trevor’s reading level to 9 years.  This result provided not only myself with the proof that something could be done for my son, but also, his teacher at the time began to realise that all the hard work was not in vein.  For in the beginning she didn’t believe totally in the method.

My hope is that Heather will continue her work to be able to reach out further those that require help so that they are not lost in the learning world as such.

My son Zeb received tutoring and Kinesiology from Heather Pollock for approximately nine months.

Zeb was in grade three at the time and he was not coping very well with his school work, his reading was at grade one level.  After having the sessions with Heather, he became a different child, by the end of the year his reading and comprehension improved out of sight. 

He is now in grade five and is coping very well.  I am sure that without Heather’s help he would have struggled throughout his school years.  He gained a lot more confidence in himself and his ability to attempt things that once seemed out of his reach.

I really believe that the Kinesiology played a very big part in Zeb’s learning process.  I would not hesitate to recommend Heather to anyone who is having learning difficulties.  The results that Zeb achieved were excellent.         A.B (Parent)
